1) Please log in from the MyCommufa login page.
2) Click on the link that says, "If you are applying for the DAZN option, please apply using the special application form."
3) Enter your name, telephone number, date of birth, customer ID and email address where you would like your gift code to be sent.
4) Enter the confirmation code sent to the email address you designated and click the "Send confirmation code" button.
5) Your DAZN subscription via Commufa Hikari has been completed. Please refer to the email sent to your inbox and complete the registration process for DAZN.
*You have not yet registered with DAZN at step 5, so you will need to complete the following steps. Please proceed to the following steps according to your registration status.
If you are a first-time user of DAZN
6) Click on the URL in the email sent to you by Commufa Hikari.
7) Click on "Create DAZN Account."
8) Please enter your first and last name, email address and password to create your account.
9) Please confirm your subscription details and click on "Register."
10) You can see your subscription details in Settings under “My Account”.
If you have a cancelled DAZN account
6) Click on the URL in the email sent to you by Commufa Hikari.
7) Please click the "Login" button.
*If your browser still has cache, you will be logged in even if you have already cancelled your account. If this is the case, please proceed to step 8.
8) Please check your subscription details and click on "Register".
9) You can see your subscription details in Settings under “My Account”.
If you are a current DAZN subscriber
【Important】
If you are currently using DAZN via Apple (via iTunes), Amazon IAP (In-App Purchases), Google Play (In-App Purchases), payment via a cable television, KDDI, povo or any other special plan, please note that if you do not cancel your DAZN account in advance, you may be charged twice. For more information, please refer to the section "How to subscribe if you already have a registered DAZN account."
When you switch to DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari, your remaining viewing period (including the free trial period) of DAZN will become invalid. Please check your remaining viewing period before proceeding. Please note that we do not offer refunds for voided remaining viewing periods.
6) Click on the URL in the email sent to you by Commufa Hikari.
7) Please click the "Login" button.
*If your browser still has cache, you will be logged in even if you have already cancelled your account. If this is the case, please proceed to step 8.
8) You will see the message "Gift code has been applied", click on "Yes."
9) You can see your subscription details in Settings under “My Account”.
■About fee
*The price will be revised on February 14, 2023, and the fee will be changed.

*The price revision for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari will be effective March 1, 2023.
【Monthly Plan for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari】
DAZN option usage fee: 3,700 yen/month (including tax)
・110 Yen (including tax) will be discounted from the monthly usage fee of Commufa Hikari as a discount for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.
・During the period until the Commufa HIKARI Net is activated, the usage fee for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari will be billed independently.
【Annual Plan(Pay Now) for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari】
DAZN option usage fee: 30,000 yen/year (including tax)
・A lump sum of JPY 30,000 is payable in the month following the contract and additional 110 Yen (including tax) will be discounted from the monthly usage fee of Commufa Hikari as a discount for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.

■How to subscribe if you already have a registered DAZN account
Depending on your current account status and payment method, you may need to follow the instructions below.
<If you are currently registered for DAZN's Annual Pay Now plan or Annual Pay Over Time plan>

Please find the relevant guidance in accordance with your current payment method below.
・If you are currently using a credit/debit card, PayPal, DAZN Annual Pass, DAZN prepaid card, ticket or special discount plan from Softbank
・If you are currently using the service via Apple (via iTunes), Amazon IAP (In-App Purchases), Google Play (In-App Purchases), payment via a cable television, payment via KDDI/povo, or other special plans
・If you are currently using Mobile Carrier Billing (NTT DOCOMO, au Kantan Kessai, au WALLET, SoftBank, Y!Mobile, QU mobile)
■Annual -Pay Over Time-
First, please cancel the DAZN account that you were previously subscribed for. After confirming that the viewing period for this account has been completed (and you have already requested to cancel your subscription without any remaining unpaid subscription fees), please register for the DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari accordingly.
If there are any unpaid subscription fees when you request to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will be effective after your subscription fees are paid in full.
Additionally, you will not be able to register for the DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari account until the viewing period has been completed for your previous account (and you have already requested to cancel your subscription without any remaining unpaid subscription fees)
You can request to cancel your subscription at any time by selecting ‘Cancel Subscription’ in My Account.
<If you are currently using a credit/debit card, PayPal, DAZN Annual Pass, DAZN prepaid card, ticket or special discount plan from Softbank>
Please follow the instructions to subscribe to DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari, agree to the terms and conditions and log in (enter your ID and password) to the account you already have, your registration will be changed to DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.

*There is no need to cancel your DAZN account before switching.
*Please note that you cannot re-register for the special discount plan from Softbank after changing to the Commufa Hikari DAZN option.

DAZN for docomo customers are not eligible for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.
If you wish to use DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari, please create a new DAZN account.
< If you currently have a DAZN account that you have already cancelled (except DAZN for docomo) >
Please follow the instructions to subscribe to DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari, agree to the terms and conditions and log in (enter your ID and password) to the account you already have, your registration will be changed to DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.
*The payment method you used before you cancelled your subscription will not affect your application for DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari.

If you are currently using the pause function for your current account,
You cannot change to "DAZN option plan at Commufa Hikari", so please change it after reactivating your account, or cancel your membership while paused.
