1.    How do I register with the SportsNavi Live access code?
An access code was emailed to SportsNavi Live users by Softbank. Depending on your account status, there are minor differences in the redemption process.
Please check the chart below to determine which steps (A, B, C, D) to follow.

A.    I don’t have a DAZN account
1.    Please copy the code distributed by Softbank (Code that begins with “JPSNL”)
2.    Access the following link: https://www.dazn.com/en-JP/redeem
3.    Paste the code from Step 1, and click “Apply”
4.    Click “Continue” on the banner that will appear if the code is redeemable 
※Codes cannot be cancelled once they are applied.
5.    At the bottom of the account creation page, click “Already a subscriber? Sign in”
6.    Log in with your account
※Please do not register your payment details during this step. Please register your payment details through the Billing Consent email sent by SportsNavi Live.

B.    I registered for DAZN previously, but my account is currently inactive or cancelled
※Even if you have already cancelled your account, please make sure your current subscription period has expired to redeem the code successfully (Please check if you are no longer able to view content).
1.    Please copy the code distributed by Softbank (Code that begins with “JPSNL”)
2.    Access the following link: https://www.dazn.com/en-JP/redeem
3.    Paste the code from Step 1, and click “Apply”
4.    Click “Continue” on the banner that will appear if the code is redeemable
※Codes cannot be cancelled once they are applied.
5.    At the bottom of the account creation page, click “Already a subscriber? Sign in”
6.    Log in with your account 
※Please do not register your payment details during this step. Please register your payment details through the Billing Consent email sent by SportsNavi Live.

C.    I have an active DAZN account (Not DAZN for docomo)
First, please cancel your current subscription. Even after cancellation, you will still be able to view content on your account until your subscription period expires.
※For users whose subscription runs past June, please contact Customer Services.
When your subscription period expires, please register through the following steps: 
1.    Please copy the code distributed by Softbank (Code that begins with “JPSNL”)
2.    Access the following link: https://www.dazn.com/en-JP/redeem
3.    Paste the code from Step 1, and click “Apply”
4.    Click “Continue” on the banner that will appear if the code is redeemable
※Codes cannot be cancelled once they are applied.
5.    At the bottom of the account creation page, click “Already a subscriber? Sign in”
6.    Log in with your account 
※Please do not register your payment details during this step. Please register your payment details through the Billing Consent email sent by SportsNavi Live.

D.    I have a DAZN for docomo account
If you have a DAZN for docomo account, please continue enjoying our services with your current account.
 


2. I have not received any emails. What should I do?

Please contact Softbank customer service.

3. What is 'payment registration'? Why is it important?

Registering your payment method implies the transfer of your SportsNavi payment method to your DAZN account.
If you do not enter a valid payment method you will not be able to take advantage of our discount promotion.
 

4. What happens if I don’t agree to the payment registration?

Your account will be terminated after the one month free trial period ends.
 

5. How do I agree to the the payment registration?


After registering for DAZN, you should receive a Billing Consent email from Softbank within 14 days.
Through the link in the email from Softbank, please follow the steps below to register your payment details.
 
【 If your payment method is direct carrier billing 】
Please turn off your Wifi and access the link via your mobile network.

6. When do I need to register my payment details by?
 
Users registering to DAZN through SportsNavi Live will receive a one-month free trial period.
To continuing viewing DAZN after your free trial period, please be sure to complete the registration of your payment details before your free trial ends.
 

7. After the completion of my one month free trial, when does my account get charged?
I registered a month ago, but I have yet to be charged.

Your account should be charged one month after your registration date.
If not, a charge will occur no later than 14 days later.
 

8. I forgot to use the gift code when registering to DAZN.

Please cancel your account.
Please see here for cancellation instructions.
After you have cancelled your account, please enter your access code from the link provided in the Sports Navi email,and follow the instructions to register to DAZN.
 

9. When does the access code expire?


Please complete registration by September 30, 2018. 
 

If registration cannot be completed due to an unexpected error, there may be cases where Customer Services will need to reissue a recovery code.  

Please be aware that we can only handle such cases if they are received before Saturday, September 15, 2018, as the procedure requires time. 

 

10. Do you offer a one day pass the way Sports Navi Live did?

We do not. DAZN currently only offers a monthly service and annual service.
 

11. Will DAZN have access to all the devices offered by SportsNavi Live?

Yes, all devices offered by SportsNavi Live, will be available with DAZN.

12. How to cancel my SportsNavi x DAZN plan?

If you need to cancel your SportsNavi x DAZN plan,please contact DAZN customer service.
