6.Timing of Billing and Payment:
(1) DAZN GLOBAL, DAZN STANDARD monthly plan and annual plan (Pay Over Time), DAZN BASEBALL, Courtside 1891 monthly plan
The billing cycle starts from the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription and will be billed monthly.
(2) DAZN STANDARD annual plan (Pay Now), Courtside 1891 annual plan (Pay Now)
The billing cycle starts from the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription and will be billed annually.
(3) NFL GAME PASS Season Pro Pay Now
・The billing cycle starts from the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription.
・Regardless of the start date of the subscription, the subscription expires on July 31 of each year. The same plan will be renewed on August 1 of each year thereafter unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in your My Account.
・The subscription for NFL GAME PASS Season Pro (Pay Now) sold between June 22, 2023 and July 31, 2023 expires on July 31, 2023, and unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in your My Account, from August 1, 2023 you will be billed ¥26,800 (incl. tax) for NFL GAME PASS Season Pro (Pay Now). Thereafter, the same plan will be renewed on August 1 of each year unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in your MyAccount.
(4) NFL GAME PASS Season Pro Pay over time
・The number of installment payments varies depending on the timing of subscription, so please check the description in the plan. The billing cycle starts from the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription and continues every month until you finish paying your installment payments. (e.g., If you subscribe on August 1st with a 4 time installment payment, you will be billed on August 1st, September 1st, October 1st and November 1st.)
・Regardless of the start date of the subscription, the subscription expires on July 31 of each year. The same plan will be renewed on August 1 of each year thereafter unless you turn off auto-renewal settings in My Account.
(5) NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro
・You will be billed the full amount on the calendar date corresponding to the start date of the subscription.
・The term of the subscription is 7 days (168 hours) from the time of purchase (e.g. if purchased at 9:00 a.m. on September 15, it will be available until 9:00 a.m. on September 22).
There is no automatic renewal. If you wish to continue using NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro, please purchase again after the contract period expires. The next available purchase date will be 6:00 a.m. UTC the day after the expiration date. (For example, if your contract expires at 9:00 a.m. September 22 JST, you will be able to make your next purchase at 3:00 p.m. September 23 JST (6:00 a.m. September 23 UTC).
Regardless of (1) – (5) above, in some cases, the date for billing may change, for example if your subscription began on a day not contained in a given month or the billing cycle is set in campaign conditions.
In the event that the customer loses the benefit of time, we may demand immediate and lump-sum payment of the usage fee from the customer.
PPV and other products will be billed at the time of purchase. The billing period may differ depending on the product. Please confirm the details when signing up for such products.

8.Costs other than the fee to use our service:
Cost of purchasing a device for Internet access and any other fees to use the Internet, including, but not limited to, communication fees, service provider fees, line utilization fees and package fees shall be borne by you.
Depending on the payment method, payment providers may charge certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other processing fees. Applicable local taxes may also depend on the payment method used. Please check with your payment provider.
If DAZN incurs any costs (such as bank charges) due to the inability to process a payment or the cancellation of a payment due to reasons attributable to you, you may be responsible for such costs.
9.When the Service Starts for You:
The service is made available instantly once registration is complete.
However, some products or content may have a viewing period or expiration date. In such cases, the product or content can be used only within the viewing period or time limit.

11.Cancellation and Return:
Cancellation procedures can be done through "My Account," but may vary depending on your plan, how you registered and your payment method. Some customers may need to cancel their membership by phone or chatbot. Please click here for details.
For the DAZN GLOBAL, DAZN STANDARD monthly plan and Courtside 1891 monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ prior notice in accordance with the method determined by us. If you cancel, you will still be able to use the service for 30 days.
For the DAZN STANDARD annual plan, DAZN BASEBALL, NFL GAME PASS Season Pro and Courtside 1891 annual plan (Pay Now), if you complete the cancellation procedure during the minimum initial term, the cancellation will be made after the end of the minimum initial term, and you will be required to pay the subscription fee for the minimum initial term. In this case, you can watch DAZN during the minimum initial term.
The fee already paid will not be reimbursed (no refunds on a prorated basis can be made).
For the NFL GAME PASS Weekly Pro, you cannot cancel your subscription.
In addition, some products cannot be cancelled or terminated after purchase. Please confirm details when signing up for such products. In this case, we will not refund any fees already paid (no refunds on a prorated basis can be made).
Please note that due to the nature of the service, returns cannot be made.
12.Other Conditions:
