Steps

Ask the user if they are on the latest version of the DAZN app or tvOS.

If unsure to check for app,

user has to go to app store
-
Search DAZN
-
Select it and if there is an option to update

The user can select update here and it should update them to the latest version and the problem will be resolved

To check for tvOS:

Go to Settings > System > Software Updates and Select Update Software.

User should be on tvOS 12 min.

To stop this from happening again to the user. Can suggest the user turns on automatic updates:

Go to Apps, then do either of the following:

Turn automatic updates on or off: Select Automatically Update apps.
If Automatically Update Apps is turned off, you can select any app in the App Store to check if an update is available and manually update there.
