What’s happening to some LG models
From 20 June 2022 some LG devices will no longer be supported by DAZN. This is for technical reasons. Don’t worry – there are still plenty of other ways to keep watching DAZN.
You will no longer be able to watch DAZN on the following models:

LG WebOS 1
-
LG WebOS 2
This will come into effect on 20 June 2022.
How you can check if your TV is affected
The easiest way to check is to open the DAZN app on your device. If your device is no longer supported, you’ll see a message telling you that.
What will happen when DAZN stops supporting these devices
If you’re an existing DAZN customer, you won’t be able to use the DAZN app or watch sport on DAZN on any of the models listed above.
If you’re a new DAZN customer, you won’t be able to sign up from the DAZN app on these models.
The reason for this change
We want our fans to have a high-quality viewing experience when they watch live sport. These devices don’t support the smooth experience and fast-motion playback that we need.
How we’ll remind you this is happening
When TV models are decommissioned, we’ll always remind you via email. You’ll receive two emails about this before it happens. We’ll also notify you each time you launch the DAZN app during that period.
How to watch DAZN after these LG models are decommissioned
You’ll still be able to watch DAZN on many different devices. These include Smart TVs, set top boxes, game consoles, mobile devices and web browsers.
