Why is my device no longer being supported by DAZN?
We want our fans to have a high-quality experience of watching live sport. DAZN is unable to provide a smooth user experience and 50fps fast-motion playback on slower legacy hardware. We encourage you to watch DAZN on a modern streaming device from our currently supported list here.
How can I tell if my Hisense TV will be impacted?
The easiest way to check is to open the DAZN app on the device which will display a message if it's being decommissioned. Alternatively, you can check your model against the full list below.

What exactly will happen when you end DAZN support on U2 & U3 Hisense TVs
You will be unable to use the DAZN app on the U2 & U3 Hisense TVs to browse DAZN’s catalogue or watch sport. If you are a new DAZN user, the DAZN app will not be available to install from the Hisense app store.

Will you give me advance notice before ending U2 & U3 Hisense support?
Yes we will email you about the end of support 30 days in advance of the end date, besides notifying you each time you launch the DAZN app on U2 & U3 Hisense TVs during that period.

Can I still watch DAZN on my U2 or U3 Hisense TV after the support is ended?
Not through the U2 & U3 Hisense TV. However you can connect one of our wide selection of supported streaming devices and set top boxes to your TV via the HDMI port to watch DAZN.
What other devices can I watch DAZN on?
You will still be able to watch DAZN on any of our wide selection of platforms across Smart TVs, Set Top Boxes, Game Consoles, mobile devices and web browsers.
