I was incorrectly charged

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please open a case by clicking on the ‘CONTACT US’ button at the end of this page or this link.  

Keep in mind we are unable to discuss any payment issues if you are not paying DAZN directly which does include but may not be limited to:  

  • Amazon In-App purchases – please contact Amazon customer services directly  

  • Google Payments – please contact Google customer services directly  

  • Apple Payments – please contact Apple customer services directly  

  • Gift Codes (DAZN ticket, DAZN prepaid card, J-League Annual Pass, etc)

If you are paying DAZN directly or you have been billed for more than one account, please select the following options in the menu:  

  • DO YOU HAVE A DAZN ACCOUNT?: DAZN 

  • PLEASE SELECT A SUBJECT: Account & Payments  

  • PLEASE SELECT A TOPIC: Questions about payments

  • PLEASE SELECT A QUERY: I was incorrectly charged 

If you are not signed in to your DAZN account, you will be prompted to do so. Being signed in is important since we can only discuss payment related questions with the owner of the account. 

Once you are signed in please add as many details as you can to your case:  

  • Email used to sign up to DAZN (If you created more than one account please include all email addresses)  

  • Full name used to sign up to DAZN  

  • Registration date  

  • Which month(s) do you believe has been charged incorrectly  

  • Credit card: Last 4 digits, expiration date and payment date  
     

These details help us to process your request faster. If you do not have all the details, you can still contact us, and we will do our very best to assist you. If we need additional details, we will request them from you by email.  

【For DAZN for docomo users】
Please be confirmed, if you are charged more than the monthly fee, you may have DAZN account as DAZN for docomo acount or more than 2 accounts that mixed with DAZN and DAZN for docomo accounts.
If so, only we can help you, so please send us an email via our Contact Us page. Then please choose "New to DAZN?" for PROVIDER, and "I have a question about My Account and payment" for Subject.
*If you choose "DAZN for docomo" for PROVIDER, you can not contact us. Please choose "New to DAZN?".
*If you have ¥1,925 (incl. tax) invoice written "DAZN for docomo", please contact the docomo Information Center for details.
