－How to subscribe and make payment－
How does it work?
If you are signing up on your Apple TV or iOS device, you can subscribe to DAZN
using your Apple iTunes Store account. After you have added your user details in the DAZN sign up process, you will be asked to confirm payment with your iTunes Store account.
Can I still access DAZN on other devices?
Yes- If you create an account via your Apple device, you will still be able to enjoy DAZN on all of the other platforms that we support.
Can I use an iTunes gift card to make payments?
Yes, if you are signed up through an iTunes account, you can use an iTunes gift card to pay for your DAZN service.
If you are billed directly from DAZN, you cannot use an iTunes gift card.
Are there other payment methods I can use?
All payment methods listed here can be used for making payments.
Why am I getting an error when I try and sign up?
You can only have one DAZN subscription associated to your iTunes account. If you are receiving an error whilst trying to sign up, you need to check that you don’t already have an active DAZN subscription on your iTunes account. To access your iTunes account, follow the steps here. Please remember to ensure that your iTunes Store payment details are up-to-date - on iOS, you will be shown an error if they are missing or incorrect.
－How to cancel and re-subscribe－
I have subscribed DAZN via iTunes and canceled it before. How can I subscribe again?
You can do it via DAZN app, not via iTunes.
How do I cancel my DAZN subscription?
If you have subscribed via iTunes Store, The ways to cancel your account depends on wich devices you have.
