What’s happening to some Toshiba models
From March 10 2022 (Thu) 7:00PM, some Toshiba models will no longer be supported by DAZN in Japan. This is for technical reasons of DAZN. Don’t worry – there are still plenty of other ways to keep watching DAZN.
You will no longer be able to watch DAZN on the following models:
2021 model | X9400S | Z740XS
2020 model | X9400 | X8400 | Z740X | M540X | C340X | C350X | V34 |

2017 model | X910 | Z810X | BZ710X | M510X | C310X

This will come into effect on March 10 2022 (Thu) 7:00PM.
How you can check if your TV is affected
The easiest way to check is to open the DAZN app on your device. If your device is no longer supported, you’ll see a message saying that it is not supported anymore from January 11 (Tue) 2022.
What will happen when DAZN stops supporting these device
You won’t be able to use the DAZN app or watch sport on DAZN on these Toshiba REGZA models.
If you’re a new DAZN user, you won’t be able to sign up from the DAZN app.
The reason behind this change
We want our fans to have a high-quality experience when they watch live sport. We can no longer provide a smooth user experience and 50fps fast-motion playback on slower legacy hardware
How we’ll remind you this is happening
When models are decommissioned, we’ll always remind you via email. You’ll receive two emails about this before it happens. We’ll also notify you each time you launch the DAZN app during that period.
How to watch DAZN after these Toshiba models are decommissioned
You’ll still be able to watch DAZN on many different devices. These include Smart TVs, set top boxes, game consoles, mobile devices and web browsers.
