Parents play a decisive role in whether young girls start playing football in the first place. Nadine Keßler, head of women's football at UEFA, also knows this. She wants to make sure that less talented girls give up playing football because they are not encouraged enough. In this episode, several national players talk about the role their family environment and friends have played in their careers: Giulia Gwinn (Germany), Sarah Zadrazil (Austria), Jéssica Silva (Portugal) and Lia Wälti (Switzerland).
