PPV: Experiencing Issue purchasing on web

If I have am not able to buy PPV as a customer on dazn.com web experience and I am an Apple, Google or Roku customer?
Please head to you Apple IOS, Android or Roku device. And purchase PPV from that the device. You can watch on any device.

I am a DAZN subscriber on Apple, Google or Roku. I cannot buy PPV on the web browser?
You will need to go to your Apple, Android or Roku device to buy PPV. You can watch on any device once you’ve bought PPV.

I can’t see the PPV to purchase in my account or on the mobile app, I am being prevented from buying PPV?
You must be in your home territory where you created your account to buy PPV. If you created your account in Canada you are in the US and want to buy PPV, you must create a new US account first before buying PPV. If you created your account in US you are in the Canada and want to buy PPV, you must create a new Canadian DAZN account first before buying PPV.


Step 2: (if Step 1 fails)
Please ensure that all other possible devices that may be connected to your DAZN account have been logged completely off the DAZN platform. If there is another device that is signed into your account, this may cause the PPV event to be unavailable.
