Once you’ve downloaded the DAZN app into your Roku device:
- Choose “Get Started” from the main landing page
- Select your preferred payment plan, either Monthly or Annually
- You can then choose to sign up to DAZN and “Share” your Roku personal information (first name, last name and email) to speed up the whole process (but don’t worry, you can also manually enter your personal details through the traditional sign up process)
- You now must set a password for your DAZN account
- You can then accept, or not, to receive emails from DAZN regarding content updates
- To complete your sign-up, accept the DAZN Terms and Conditions
- The final step of the process is to enter your Roku 4-digit pin code (If you don’t have a PIN setup, you’ll be asked to confirm your purchase and taken straight to the DAZN welcome screen)

To sign up on Roku users are required to have a Roku account with a payment method attached. Note that users who already have an active DAZN account will be able to access the DAZN app on Roku and watch great content by simply logging-in.

When users activate a Roku streaming device, it must be linked to a Roku account. If they do not already have an account, they will be asked to create one. There are no fees associated with creating a Roku account, but users will be asked to provide a payment method, e.g. credit card. The payment method linked to the Roku account allows users to purchase subscriptions to popular channels, rent or buy movies and TV shows, or make other purchases from the Roku channel store.

Of course. You will be able watch DAZN content when you move to Roku. Once you downloaded the DAZN app to your Roku you will be able to login as an existing user using your DAZN credentials.

You will be informed by Roku about the payment failure and will be given a 4-day period to update your payment details after which Roku will close your account and access to DAZN will cease.

You will have to update your payment details in your Roku account. Go to my.roku.com and under the “payment method” section you will be able to update your details.

Access “Options” in your Roku Account, select “Manage Subscription” to view the renewal date and then choose “Additional Options”. To unsubscribe from DAZN, select “Cancel Subscription” then “Confirm “to remove the channel immediately.

Yes. However, note that if you cancel your Roku account before your DAZN subscription end-date then you’ll be able to access DAZN content until then.

Within your bank statement you will see only the total price of all subscriptions via Roku. Roku does not provide itemization within the bank statement. However, you can access the details of your subscriptions including price via your “My Roku” under the “Subscriptions” tab.

DAZN is separate from Roku. Therefore, DAZN sometimes will need to get in touch with you about our content or updates about your DAZN account (for example, we will send you an email if you update your password).
