Why have you introduced a 12-month plan?
We have introduced this new price plan at $19.99 per month for 12 months as a cost-effective way for consumers to enjoy our content. We want the subscribers who use our platform the most consistently throughout the year to benefit from this price point.
Why is there a price rise in my region and nowhere else?
Price rises are happening in markets all over the world. This reflects the rapidly growing portfolio of live sport and original programming now available, with subscribers receiving nonstop access to top sporting events and competitions, innovative leagues, and 24/7 channels from a multitude of sports including boxing, MMA, wrestling, men’s and women’s soccer, extreme sports, motorsports, golf, and more.
The price increase also reflects DAZN’s continued investment in products, services and technology – developing DAZN from 'just' a broadcaster, to a fully rounded rich, diverse, interactive sports media and entertainment service.
How can you justify a monthly and annual price rise?
Our mission is to offer the best portfolio of live sports and original content to fans around the world. The introductory offer was always an initial price point and since then, we have rapidly increased offering to include nonstop access to top sporting events and competitions, innovative leagues, and 24/7 channels from a multitude of sports including boxing, MMA, wrestling, men’s and women’s soccer, extreme sports, motorsports, golf, and more.

Has the annual price rise gone up?
Yes. From 16-Feb new subscribers in the US will be charged $224.99 for an entire year or you can sign up to DAZN’s new 12-monthly plan for $19.99 a month, equating to a yearly total of $239.88.
We have introduced the new 12-monthly plan as a further cost-effective way for consumers to enjoy our content. The truth is we want our subscribers on annual or 12 monthly plans as sports rights deals are expensive and that commitment from them means we can aggressively go after rights which in turn will make our offering better.
How did you land on this new price point?
With the growing portfolio of live sport and original programming available on DAZN, we feel this is a proper reflection of our extensive content portfolio while remaining a great value of our customers.
Is this admitting you have taken such a financial hit that this is the only way you can make it work?
Not at all. The business is as strong as ever and we have been growing our portfolio at a rapid pace for sports fans like you. The introductory offer was always an initial price point.
There are so many new rights you announce that are not even available in my market. How is this fair?
There are always going to be select differences in our content offering from country to country, but we feel we offer the best value overall on the market and the majority of our global rights are available worldwide.
