Legendary boxing commentator and trainer Teddy Atlas believes Saul "Canelo" Alvarez should make the trip to London for his next fight.
The undisputed super middleweight champion last fought in May when he beat Jaime Munguia by unanimous decision.
It's expected that Alvarez will return in September with Britain's Chris Eubank Jr. looking like a surprise frontrunner which has prompted the possibility of the Mexican fighting in the UK.
This suggestion has also come about as a result of the UFC staging an event on Mexican Independence Day, meaning it is unlikely a boxing event will take place.
With Alvarez entering the twilight of his career, he will be looking to make the fights which will secure his future financially, and Atlas labelled a fight against Eubank Jr. in London as 'the money move'.
"If you can bring it to London, that’s the money move,” Atlas told ProBox TV's Deep Waters.
"At the end of the day, you want the [biggest] crowd. You don’t have Mexican Independence Day, you go to London.
“The only threat to Canelo is Father Time – if Canelo suddenly gets older and slips.
“He’s slipping a little bit, but he’s [the sport’s] golden goose and he has the privilege to pick his music. [Eubank and Berlanga] are as close to ‘opponents’ as you can get, because Canelo has the edge and he’ll always have the edge, because he’s the money guy.”
